Realty Gardens Apartments and Living in Western Mid-levels

The Realty Gardens is a private housing estate in the Western Mid-Levels of Hong Kong Island, located at 41 Conduit Road, each with 1,350 square feet. Wheelock built the Federal Garden in 1971. There are currently five buildings on the artificial platform. The building is 20 stories high. There is a private housing clubhouse. It is located on the mountainside behind the building. It is about 50 meters long, and there is a barbecue on the other mountainside. Realty Garden has estate buses and public light buses to transport residents back and forth between Central and Western District.

Realty Garden is an old mansion in the district, with half of the units heading north. It is facing high-density buildings in Conduit Road and the landscape is covered. Only some high-rises enjoy a small piece of sea view. However, the middle and upper floors of the property are located in the south. The green mountain scenery, open and quiet, also protects privacy.

There are not many houses on the property, and this group is one of them. It is located on the middle floor, and the view is just above the front retaining wall, overlooking the pool and the mountain. Step out of the terrace. In addition to enjoying the view, you can breathe in the fresh air and relax.

The unit’s dining room is mainly white, and the interior is brighter, making the already practical lining more spacious. The original plan was north-facing, the window was small, and the squatting room was opposite the bedroom adjacent to the south with large windows. Then the seat was added with a frosted glass screen, and the toilet was designed, but there was no window. The original suite was dismantled into a long-shaped room with a platform and multiple sets of large cabinets.

Western Mid-levels

Situated west of the Central district, this area stretches from Robinson Road and Conduit Road to the end of Bonham Road. This is the most congested section of Mid-Levels. Many major developments have taken place here, many of which are 40-storey apartment blocks consisting of apartments between 400 -1200 square feet. These state-of-the-art high-rises offer stunning views over the Harbour. As only two major roads serve the area, traffic can get pretty congested at times. Nearby, Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town are now home to some of the hottest eateries in the city.

Ascending from the entrance on Queen's Road Central, passing by a slew of restaurants and a few fashion boutiques, then reaching Caine Road, a vibrant residential area, before finding a mosque on the way up to Robinson Road and Conduit Road - this is a snapshot of the 20-minute journey along the world's longest outdoor escalator.

Signature Shopping Malls

Situated in the heart of Central, IFC mall boasts sprawling views of Victoria Harbour and easy access to the ferry pier and Central Harbourfront for various events and happenings. The mall itself hosts some of the best designer brands and stores along with world-renowned dining options in a range of price points. The mall is also attached to Hong Kong Station and the Airport Express, making it the perfect pit stop for travelers, fashionistas, or people on the go.

There’s no better place to shop and dine than at Landmark in Central. Comprising four connected buildings, Landmark is home to some of Hong Kong’s prized Michelin-starred restaurants and world-class shopping. From Louis Vuitton, Harvey Nichols, and Celine to Joel Robuchon and Peking Garden, there’s no shortage of great shopping and food here.

Transportation

The nearest exit to AIA Central is J3 of Central Station, which only takes you 2 minutes to walk. The Airport Express Station is also conveniently connected to the MTR Central Station, where people can easily travel from AIA Central. Getting around the outlying islands is also easy with Hong Kong's extensive system of ferries. The MTR also services parts of Lantau, where the Airport is located, but the ferries are the only way in and out for the rest of the islands.
