No. 31 Robinson Road at Western Mid-levels

No. 31 Robinson Road is a private residence in the Western Mid-Levels of Hong Kong in 2008. The developer is Kowloon Jianye, and Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for property management.

If looking for luxury homes for sale, No. 31 Robinson Road is a great place to consider. The building has 42 floors and 84 buildings. The 8th to 22nd floors are tiered units. Each floor has 4 groups and the building area ranges from 1,172 to 1,342 square meters. The practical area ranges from 883 to 1,005 square meters. The 25th to 40th floors are connected households. The building area is from 2,319 to 2,665 square meters, the practice area is from 1,757 to 1,990 square meters, and space is between 3 and 4 rooms. Each floor is divided into four separate units from room A to room D. Two high-rise mansions on each floor, rooms C and D are on the top of Taiping Mountain, and room A is on the north. It is Robinson Road and Victoria Harbour.

Robinson Road 31 is located in the Western half of Hong Kong Island, near the east side of Hong Kong Island Mid-Levels Pedestrian Elevator. Therefore, the middle and upper floors of the residential area can be seen in the skyscrapers of the Central and Western District, including the Central International Gold Phase 2, the Queensway Bank of China Silver Building, the Garden Road Yangtze River Group Centre, the Queen's Road Central Central, the Sheung Wan Central Building, and even West Kowloon. International Trade Plaza.

The residential pedestal has its own private estate clubhouse, which includes an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, spa room and golf driving range. There is also a multi-storey car park in the house.

Central

Situated west of the Central district, this area stretches from Robinson Road and Conduit Road to the end of Bonham Road. This is the most congested section of Mid-Levels. A good number of major developments have taken place here, many of which are 40-storey apartment blocks consisting of apartments between 400 -1200 sq ft. These state-of-the-art high-rises offer stunning views over the Harbour. As the area is served by only two major roads, traffic can get pretty congested at times. Nearby Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town are now home to some of the hottest eateries in the city.

It should come as no surprise that the best shopping in Central Hong Kong revolves around luxury brands, exclusive malls and cutting-edge fashion. Flagship stores around Central stock exclusive collections that are hard to find elsewhere in the city, or, in some cases, the world. The famous shopping malls in Central are IFC malls and Landmark.

Drinks and restaurants

Central might not have the underground kudos belonging to Hong Kong’s hipster neighbourhoods like Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun, but the area is home to some of the best cocktail bars and whisky bars on the planet. There is probably nowhere on Earth with as many quality drinking dens just around the corner from one another as in Central.

Most restaurants are clustered around the Mid-Level’s escalator between Queen’s Road Central and Hollywood Road. Soho actually means South of Hollywood Road, rather than having any red light connotations. The heart of the district is Staunton Road and Elgin Road at the intersections with the Mid-levels escalator, where you’ll find several dozen restaurants knotted together.

Soho

Soho is one of Hong Kong’s best areas for wining and dining, packed with restaurants, bars and cafes. Less raucous than nearby Lan Kwai Fong, the restaurants in Soho run the gauntlet from budget bytes to credit card melting feasts, with the majority mid-range menus and cheaper. While you can hunt down just about any cuisine in the world along the streets here, there is a high concentration of European and Western restaurants.

Transport

Ways to arrive in the area include MTR Central Station and a bus station underneath Exchange Square for different routes that connect to other parts of Hong Kong and Airport Express that has the direct train to Hong Kong International Airport every 24 minutes.
