Providence Bay is a private residential development located in Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is co-developed by Sino Land, Nan Fung Development, K. Wah International and Wing Tai Properties. It is located on the shore of Tolo Harbour and adjacent to the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The project consists of Sites A, B and C in Pak Shek Kok. The Group led the trust consortium in March and September 2007. The total price of the three sites was over $10.1 billion. The price of the land floor was not from $4,668 to $6,368. Different phases of Providence Bay

The first phase of Talent Bay is located at No. 5, Kejin Road, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po (No. 186, Pak Shek Kok Development Area, Tai Po). It was led by Sino Land and the consortium of the Hong Kong Government on September 17, 2007. The land auction was awarded for HK$4.55 billion.

Designed as a low-density luxury residential building in Linhai, Block 1-21 is a tiered property with a height of 8-10 floors and a total of 475 units. There are also 7 independent bungalows, the area of the house is 4,172-5,408 square.

The second phase is located at No. 8 Kejin Road, Tai Po. It is called "Providence Peak". The project consists of 13 tiered houses and 11 single houses, providing a total of 548 units.
