Location

The address of Pearl Gardens is 7 Conduit Road, Mid Levels, Hong Kong. This is located in one of the busiest parts of the Mid-Levels. If you are looking to rent or buy property for sale in Hong Kong and you enjoy being surrounded by other high-rises, this may be the place for you. Many large developments have occurred in this area, some of which are 40-story apartment buildings with apartments ranging in size from 400 to 1200 square feet. These cutting-edge high-rises provide breathtaking views of the Harbour. Due to the fact that the neighbourhood is only served by two major routes, traffic can be somewhat crowded at times. Do not let this deter you though. There are many modes of transportation to get around the surrounding areas.

The Property

The Pearl Gardens residential property was completed in 1974. It is situated on a peaceful hillside of Victoria Peak, surrounded by lush vegetation. Like a lot of the buildings on Conduit Rd, it is fairly old. Of course, there have been renovations to update it and keep residents comfortable and happy. The property spans across 6 blocks, each building 20 storeys high. The layout is typically two apartment spaces per floor, each with four rooms. This means that in total, the entire Pearl Gardens property has around 120 units. That can house a lot of people. In these buildings, the average unit has ~1,900 square feet of saleable space. All feature circular balconies with good city/harbour views from the higher stories. Located near the start of Conduit Road, it is just a short distance from the escalator. To get to Central, there is a private shuttle bus that can take you there. The building has a private driveway leading to it and backs up to the Peak's greenery.

Victoria Peak is a major site to see in Hong Kong. The Peak, as locals know it, is the tallest point on the island of Hong Kong and gives visitors a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. Most tourists prefer to take the Peak Tram to the summit, which has been described as a really remarkable experience by everyone who has attempted it. The Peak Tram rises to 386 meters above sea level and is one of the oldest and most famous funicular trains in the world. Whether you are a resident or a tourist, this is a trip not to be missed. In the area surrounding the Peak, there are beautiful hikes, tranquil parks and gardens, a reservoir and other cultural attractions that are easily accessible. When driving via Peak Road, the Peak is ~7.4 kilometres away from Pearl Gardens. If you choose to live here, exploration is right around the corner.

Pearl Gardens is very close to Central, an area filled with a lot of restaurants. Some of the city's hottest eateries are now located in nearby Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town. • A Japanese-Argentinian fusion restaurant with various set lunch and dinner menus and an extensive wine list. It is open for dine-in with reservations only.
• Burger Joys Central (82 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong)
• If you are looking for a more relaxed burger joint, this is the place for you. Burger Joys is known for its USDA black angus beef patties which are cooked in a red wine butter sauce. To top it off, their burgers are not complete without their signature brioche buns. The menu has an array of juicy burgers, delicious french fries, creamy shakes and more.
