The Baguio Villas complex has become a very popular luxury residential estate to live in. Being an older type complex that was developed between 1975 and 1979, Baguio Villa has always been an exceptionally well-maintained residential estate. Cyberport, which is a modern commercial, entertainment and residential complex is located within 5 minutes’ walk of Baguio Villas estate and boasts a number of restaurants, retail outlets, a cinema complex, a 5-star hotel, a further supermarket, a church, and ample car parking facilities. Cyberport is also a terminus for franchised buses and mini buses which provide services to Aberdeen, Causeway Bay, North Point and Kowloon.

Close-by and at the waterfront, is an open park that allows people to bring their dogs and take in the magnificent views. Pok Fu Lam is the kickoff point for all types of walks, cycling and hiking activities. Many of Hong Kong’s most famous hiking trails start out in this area or close by, so whatever the fitness level, there are a number of trails to choose from that run through the national parks, waterways and reservoirs, heritage trails, and further on to the southern beaches. Cycling trails are also popular for daily activities with a number to choose from.
