Located at the end of Pak To Avenue, off the Clear Water Bay Road, the Portofino is a large gated development with modern townhouses and a 5 storey block of apartments with 20 apartments, 4 per floor.

The apartments are all 2119 square feet saleable, except the 4 on the 1st floor, which are 1987 square feet saleable. There are 52 houses ranging in size from 3028-3858 square feet saleable. Clear Water Bay

Clear Water Bay is a bay on the eastern shore of Clear Water Bay Peninsula, located within Clear Water Bay Country Park. There are two beaches at Clear Water Bay: "Clear Water Bay First Beach" and "Clear Water Bay Second Beach". The name is also used to describe the area around the bay on the peninsula.

There are various types of housing but they mainly consist of low rise, low-density luxury homes. Options include townhouses and villas in complexes with facilities; village houses with terraces and gardens and waterfront and private pool homes. Duplexes and apartments are less common but also available.

The Mall at Hang Hau has a large taste, useful shops including stationers, electrical and clothing stores. Ample parking available. The Po Lam Mall is large and includes H&M and Zara  A cinema in a Popcorn Mall in Tseung Kwan O. A common brand Fusion – a supermarket with parking on Clear Water Bay Road. There is also a pet shop and dry cleaner in the complex.

Hang Hau

Hang Hau is an MTR station located at 15 Pui Shing Road, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O. It is on the Tseung Kwan O Line, located between Po Lam and Tseung Kwan O stations. This station is surrounded by an extensive network of mid-sized shopping arcades linked by footbridges and it is in the vicinity of many housing complexes. Due to its proximity and the availability of feeder transport to Sai Kung Town, Clear Water Bay and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, it is one of the busiest stations on the Tseung Kwan O line. It also has a shuttle bus to Hang Hau market.
