Seymour Road Apartments – High Rise Luxury

There are some streets of Hong Kong that have their fair share of luxury real estate, and The Mid Level’s Seymour Road would have to be counted as one of them.

Palatial Crest

Completed in 2000, this high-quality modern high-rise is well located next to the supermarket and shops on Robinson Road and a 2-minute walk to the escalator. It is of 33 storeys and has 188 units with 6 apartments on each regular floor. Apartment sizes vary from 721-868 sq ft  saleable. The regular apartments are all 3 bedrooms with some 'special' 4 bedrooms apartments on high floors. Many units have great city/harbour views and there is a well-maintained clubhouse with a gym and an indoor pool.
