Living in Valais, Sheung Shui

Valais is divided into two phases with 330 bungalows. The bungalow is a two-storey Interlaken Avenue. One of its features is the front and rear gardens. These luxury estates are of a finer category, with a building area of 3,201 square feet and two storeys. For the first phase of the bungalow, only the bungalows on Interlaken Avenue have this design, and the rest of the bungalows have only one large garden. Types of houses

Transport

Although the housing estate deviates from the large-scale shopping mall, it takes about 5 to 7 minutes to drive to the MTR Sheung Shui Station. The transport connects with one of the northbound stations on the East Rail Line in Hong Kong. This station serves as the terminus of northbound trains to the Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau boundary crossings. There are Kwu Tung Market Shopping Centres within a few minutes' walks from the property. Take the green minibus on Kwu Tung Road in front of the estate or take the MTR to Sheung Shui Station and the journey takes about 10 minutes.
